From Inquiba, we launch the talent recruitment and attraction campaign aimed at students from the University of Extremadura and vocational training centers in the region, using the slogan #AchoQuédate. The campaign focuses on highlighting career opportunities and the quality of life offered in the region as a whole, with a particular emphasis on Inquiba.
With this objective, during the months of October and November, the campaign’s mascot emoji, designed by the illustrator Fernando Sembrador, will be present in real size at educational centers and on the campaign’s Instagram @achoquedate.
Throughout these months, we will organize scheduled meetings in different centers, where internal company personnel related to each of the targeted areas will share their experiences and provide a close and detailed vision of potential career paths within the company. Once this stage of the campaign is completed, we will begin visits by students to our facilities so they can materialize what we discussed in the meetings.
This campaign gives us the opportunity to once again connect with students in the region and open our doors to them, reinforcing their sense of belonging, an idea that faithfully represents our values. We are a family-owned company of Extremaduran origin with a clear commitment to regional personnel, with 95% of our workforce being from Extremadura.
