We are among the selected companies to host an intern during this year’s call for applications for the UNIRURAL Scholarship program, which offers internships in rural environments, alongside other companies and entities in the region. Thanks to this program from the University of Extremadura in collaboration with the Diputación de Badajoz and Diputación de Cáceres, a person graduated in Engineering from the UEx can complete their practical training at Inquiba for a maximum of six months, with a weekly workload of 37.5 hours.
Eligibility for the scholarship includes:
- Individuals under 30 years old who have obtained their degree in the last four years.
- Individuals aged 30 to 35 who have obtained their degree in the last two years.
It is worth noting that individuals with an engineering degree in any of the different areas awarded by the University of Extremadura can apply for this scholarship.
The application deadline for the scholarship is open until January 31 and must be submitted through registration on the platform www.practicasfundacionuex.es.
Residing in the municipality where the company is located, where the internship will take place, or within a maximum distance of 20 kilometers from it will be considered as a positive factor. In the case of Inquiba, located in the town of Guareña, this criterion applies.
