During this event, the regulatory framework and the various categories in which the awards are structured were presented. The awards are divided into eight categories, each designed to recognize different aspects of talent and innovation:
- Courage Award
- Incremental Innovation Award in Technical Sciences
- Incremental Innovation Award in Social Sciences and Humanities
- Disruptive Innovation Award in Technical Sciences
- Disruptive Innovation Award in Social Sciences and Humanities
- Social Commitment Award
- Cultural Action Award in the Promotion of Scientific or Technical Culture
- Cultural Action Award in the Promotion of Educational, Artistic, or Social Culture
In total, 10 main awards will be granted: one for each category, in addition to an overall award and an anchoring award. As part of this initiative, companies also offer various job opportunities and additional benefits such as specialized training and international experiences, enriching the career paths of participants following the conclusion of the awards. After the awards ceremony, companies will open a job pool for future selection processes, in which all finalists will be included. Together with twelve other companies from Extremadura, members of the Advisory Council of the Deutz Business School Foundation, we are driving this project with the goal of retaining Extremadura’s talent and actively integrating the new generations into our community’s business and professional fabric.
